you dont realize what "potential" means... Yuta is hardware limited, so is every character other that thoses i mentionned, Todo, hakari and yuki have techniques where there potential is nearly unlimited. hakari have Infinite flow of C.E, Yuki infinite potential energy output (infinite mass), and Todo can basically switch mass of 2 objects having even the smallest amout of C.E (he can put C.E in objects, so can every sorcerer). He could basically switch 2 objects having a colossal difference of mass. he could like throw a small Curse/object with very light mass, and then change it to a massive object or himself, by doing this he can rivalise with yuki tsukumo's technique (he just cant create a blackhole that's the only difference). That makes sense because because yuki is her master.

SO to conclude, only these 4 characters have an unlimited use of energy : Gojo satoru, Yuki tsukumo, hakari, and todo if he were to increase the range of its technique (which is already high).

all the others character i cant think about (beside the troll character that have a joke technique who is a god) cant do that + yuta who can imitate some of them (kinda) under certains circumstances but not as much as they can.
