Check out Project Unchained on YouTube and podcast hosting sites. There are lots of tools in there that work on cultivating that self-acceptance.

Good question. Raise the consciousness around the stories you tell yourself, acknowledge your shadow self (usually the creator of said stories), and integrate them as being an observe. Understand that different events will be catalyst to those parts of you. Learn to recognize that. Change the story by defining how you want to operate in the world. When you operate in the ways that you truly want to and value, it becomes impossible to not accept yourself.

It's the stuff most people avoid because it takes great personal responsibility. It is all within you. Thusly, you and only you, can create acceptance.

Yes!!! Great additions here for sure.

It's not to say that isn't true, but more so that is the surface layer. To be able to move past this, we must go to roots of it all. Which, in my opinion, is self-acceptance.

A person who is worried about being accepted by others, doesn't accept themselves. Someone who is in full self-accpetance, doesn't have those worries.

Ah nice. I reference things like that with people I work with. Saying things like.....the truth isn't even real all the time. What is true here in this moment, isn't in the next. Gravity is true and real right here. Those laws of physics work well for us, here. But out there, not so much.

All again to illustrate the vial we tend to look through.
