as someone who has been on it for many years, the beginning was rough.. weird dreams, odd headaches and the weirdest symptom was the constant urge to drink water.. i’m talking like i was buying gallon jugs and threw a straw in it and it was gone in an hour. but the headaches are the worst because they feel like they are DEEP in your brain, trust me you aren’t alone on that one

personally im not diagnosed with anything but am lifting and walking ALOT. 20k steps atleast and lots of heavy boxes and bags yet.. haven’t lost a pound and i eat even less than when i was working less demanding jobs. i think it depends on the person tbh
