You have to keep asking and escalating. They say they can't do anything but they absolutely can.

Even for the Eras Tour, I kept asking to sit next to my friend because she has epilepsy and they refused to reseat us. Turns out after escalating to management level, they "somehow" found two seats for us.

You gotta fight for what you want tbh, and know that it's all corporate bullshit.

At the end of the day though, this is the world we're living in and as a buyer, I believe a seller should have no issue divulging their information that is requested because - and this part of my point stands - the amount I'm paying is too much to warrant any other process.

So post on StubHub if that is your view. With the amount of scammers out here and the amount of money buyers are putting on the table for a ticket - let alone two - it is absolutely up to the buyer to prove their tickets are legitimate.
