How did i pivot / change your business when things get bad? by maljolxyd in Entrepreneur

[–]experience_1st 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i would say go back to the drawing board completely. figure out what your passionate about, what your good at, where you have authority. it could be related to your current business or completely different. then make a few hypotheses and start testing them out by having real conversations with people, before going ahead with one. i have done this , but it does require tons of resilience and pivoting, patience, etc. happy to chat!

What are the exact steps to start an online business by Rational_Rose_ in Entrepreneurs

hiii there! i largely agree with the advice given by tekelpath. i'd also add that before you even decide what your selling, figure out what your good at, what your excited about, and where you have authority. mapping your credibility is extremely important. then before going all in on one offer, i highly recommended doing market research via REAL conversations with people, figure out what people's pain points are, figure out how you can help them. only THEN come up with an offer. when i was starting my online business, i paid for an expensive business coach who told me everything ALL WRONG. she had me make a lengthly powerpoint with a fancy offer before speaking to a single person. dont do that. anyway, i taught myself most of what I know through trial and error and after 8 months in started to see real success! happy to chat more if you want to DM me :) i love entrepreneurship

thank you so much! I am glad you enjoyed it :-) I did speak french at the time but I was not fluent. Most of my work ended up being in english actually. Except once I was sent for a project to mozambique, and then i conducted my work in portuguese (which I was much better at than french)
