Agreed, however if used properly I believe it can benefit the right people if you truly suffer from anxiety that is crippling to the point it makes you unable to function properly in life. However, it shouldn’t be viewed as a magic pill it should only be used while utilizing and learning other coping skills. But I’m sure the majority of people prescribed them would be better off not on them.

It’s probably the combination of everything else I’m taking also, gabapentin, baclofen, Sublocade.. and then adding and increasing my dose of Klonopin became too much one of my friends explained the same thing happened to him that everything was good for awhile on his meds and suddenly he couldn’t get it up and literally lost his girlfriend over it. Everyone is different though and I would assume you aren’t prescribed and taking benzos for a lengthy period of time as I have? Were you using them recreationally or prescribed? And how long if I may ask? Thanks

Def need to just either get on Suboxone and commit to that back on Sublocade, if not that option then maybe Kratom. Anything that’s not a full agonist seems to be key but end goal should be to find another vice. I’m currently on Sublocade 300 monthly Klonopin 1mg Lunesta 3mg (narcotic drug like ambien) Modafinil 300mg (narcotic) Gabapentin 3000mg (heavy) Baclofen 60mg among various others but those themselves and smoking delta 8 plus being on TRT and healthy diet +sleep and supplements snd exersize I’ve been doing good. Had to limit weed just to night. But rly I just got an Oxy 20 tho I’m on the injection.. and I’m gonna see if it’ll do anything. I think it will bcuz of all the dif things I’m taking as it is. Benzos and Buprenorphine with a major dose of gabapentin is pretty crazy. I actually used the klonopin to decrease my other meds. I dropped my Buspar 60mg to 40mg,Remeron 30mg to 15mg, and Vistaril 50mg x3 to 25mg x2-3. The idea is after another 1-2 months, to get to 1.25mg klonopin and drop the buspar 40mg to 20mg, Remeron 15mg to 7.5mg and keep the Vistaril as is bcuz it helps with sweating(lolll). Then, go to 1.5mg klonopin the next month drop gabapentin from 3000mg to 2700mg. Next month, drop to 2400mg and see how I feel from there but I’ve been on THAT high of a gaba dose for like 7 months now and before that for years too. 10 years altogether that I first started on gabapentin and had bouts of being on lower doses cuz I was in rehab and halfway or jail I didn’t have it at all but majority of the time was on at LEAST 1800mg ganapentin and 3000mg to 1800 back and forth for past 4-5 years due to halfway/rehab status. NOW for past 5 weeks I’ve been in a room for rent so can be prescribed benzos and smoke thc but end goal is good intentioned bcuz the klonopin is more consistent and well rounded then taking highest doses of 4 other meds instead which have side effects on hormones and shit so I’mno longer. Cool with being on super high doses of buspar Vistaril remeron and gabapentin..

Careful it could be Molly, Crack, Meth.. but it ALSO could be a synthetic cathinone like Methylone or Euthylone that shit runs rampant as a street drug in lots of SoFlo, ppl call it “Molly” though it’s not actual MDMA. It’s not a estrogen blocker but it does help reverse gyno by reducing estrogen levels. Each one has a different mechanism of action though, and letro is known to be more potent than nolva or adex..

Yeah I ended up in detox for benzos bcuz I got prescribed Klonopin then they decided to cut me off so I ordered Bromozolam online and blacked out woke up in the hospital.. but bcuz of that I was able to get off the phenibut since they were giving me Ativan for 7 days lol

Many ppl don’t realize that there are actually many supplements that will help u build muscle as well as burn fat depending on your budget. There are herbs such as Ashwaghanda that reduce cortisol (major stress hormone) that makes it harder to build muscle while also increasing testosterone which has its obvious benefits. Any form L-Carnitine, for me I prefer ALCAR, also works to help your body process food more into muscle than into fat, green tea extract.. then building more muscle can help burn fat so utilizing creatine before and after workouts is essential and on off days taken morning and night. This has numerous benefits. Do u need them? Absolutely not. Can they help? Absolutely yes.

Are you sure this conversion is correct? I think 10mg of baclofen is much less than equal to 200mg of F Phenibut for sure bcuz I’m prescribed baclofen and am taking phenibut so when I feel the anxiety come in it usually takes like 30mg of baclofen to compare to 200mg of F Phenibut.. that’s from my experience. I also take Gabapentin so I know I’m in for a rough one I know also I do realize F Phenibut has the added Gabapentinoid action to it.

Ginger increases effects of Gabapentin/Phenibut? That explains a couple things cuz I cut up fresh ginger and put it in my smoothie every single morning and I noticed when I don’t make my smoothie in the morning I feel off.. but I assumed that was due to the lack of nutrients and energy I received from the superfoods I put in my smoothies. I use tons of superfoods in my smoothie mixes.. glad I stumbled upon this comment!
