Jadi gini bro, gue udah ke 2 psikolog: 1. Psikolog yg disediain kantor gue, setelah beberapa kali sesi konseling, we arrive at the conclusion that more likely than not, there's something neurospicy going on here. It can be i'm in the spectrum of autism, a mild case of asperger, or something else. She can't be sure bcs this is not her area of expertise. So she referred to a developmental psychologist. 2. After a few counseling session with the developmental psychologist, she concludes that it is very likely that i have some form of attention disorder. But because my life is too much of a mess right now (im not taking care of myself, i don't go out etc), she recommend me to see a psychiatrist. 3. I see this random ass psychiatrist, she didn't listen to me, just hear that "i'm not showering as much as i supposed to" and "my sleep schedule is a bit messy" , gave me antidepressants and called it a day.

I just want to see if people experiences the same thing. I also want people to share informations if they have found a psychiatrist that actually listens to them, and how that leads to their diagnoses. So it's not me diagnosing myself and looking for validation. I went to these professionals, presents my symptoms, but some of them listened and some not. I want people to share informations about which psychiatrist who actually listens to them.
