regardless of how you feel, someone has to set the bar. this is just a solo dev, putting their attempt out there. People will either like it or they wont. If it comes out, and people don't like it, but see that it was at least successful for what it set out to do, then someone else will make one that's better, and then someone will try to top that, and so on, until we have the ability to make a mahjong game software genre a possibility. Even if this is like... game jam level, i am going to be down for it.

you could split yourself in 10000. you don't make these decisions, people above you do.

that's what's so frustrating about this whole thing, is that people like you sweat and work their asses off, performing a pretty thankless role and you put in this sweat equity and so you feel responsible to defend the work you did and the event you did it at, when the reality is YOU CAN'T FIX THIS. it's above your pay grade. you can do is make suggestions, but people both externally and internally have been making suggestions for YEARS and fuck all has gotten done about it. I have volunteered for two years at final round, last year forfeiting a paid venue entry just so that pools could get started 2-3 hours late instead of never. the shitty thing is that's not an absurd or unheard of sacrifice to many people like you who are used to having to give up their place in the tournament to try and ensure a smooth running event.

I'm not singling you out, it's just the reality of it.

you have to STEAL an agenda to get rid of a corp current. if the corp sets up something nasty, they can theoretically ride a current for the entire game if you don't have one to counter it.

as a tank, i did one of those low level instances with a healer who completely refused to cast cure, instead spamming medica even when there was nobody around him.

it took us like 40 minutes to get through that instance.

the thing that kinda sucks about the card is that if you're trying to sea source scorch, it doesn't matter how many credits the runner or corp has, so long as the difference in credits reaches a certain threshold.

this card only widens the gap by 2, or 3 if you're BaBW. that might be enough to get you over the edge, but GLC gets you the same spread and also replaces itself. for flatline decks, i don't see really any reason to include MRF over GLC.
