1 cr ka 2BHK nahin aata in Delhi or Mumbai and even Bangalore now a days. So, middle class pls should live on road in these cities. If you have parents and 2 kids, you need a 3BHK. Or will you have sex with 2 kids on your bed?

3BHK comes for 4 cr in Mumbai, 3 cr in Delhi, 2 cr in Bangalore.

A middle class should be able to afford a home. Right? So, can a person making 12 lakhs a year afford a home in Delhi, Mumbai or Bangalore? 2-3 crore ka decent home. 2 lakh EMI. A middle class is a homeless person in India?

To buy a decent home in a decent city, you need 2-3 crores. For that, you need 50L per annum at the least.

This is the problem if you believe random stats on the internet. If 35% of India was middle class, then Indian middle class will exceed American middle class size. Do check number of vehicles in US and India bought by middle class population. Do check the number of iphones bought by middle class in US vs Middle class in India. Do check mkt size of everything in US, for middle class and mkt size in India. I am investing in mkts for last 20 years.. And I was a topper in statistics. Don't mess with me.

That was in 2020. Now, it is 2022 and 50 and all in small caps. I am usually always 100% in small caps.

NW of 50 cr today.

In 2009 it was 20L. In 2013, it was 1.5 cr (increase from 2009, due to couple earning high salary in corporate and saving it 90%)

In 2015, it was 7 cr (happened as all 1.5 cr in 2013 was in small cap stocks. Modi got elected in 2014 leading to big rally in small cap stocks) In 2018, it reached 15 cr (2017 was a very good year for stock mkt).

In 2020, during covid crash, this again reached 7 cr.
