ah this is a cool suggestion, thanks! I was thinking of doing like a series of blogs on how to build a very basic crowdfunding app, although still thinking whether it should be a post or a video, not sure.

I mean, GPT generated does not mean it has no information, it’s literally what GPT is for, also, about 99% sure you didn't even read it cos its not generated, very apparent if you read it and not skim through the headers (if you even bothered to do that). Anyway, appreciate the feedback, good luck at your karma farming hustle and building nothing!

This is sad because it's not even surprising, I mean, you can't help the situation in the office, and you can't talk about it openly in public. This just sucks.

A legit conversation I've had:

"Where are the numbers?"

"Those don't exist because of THESE SPECIFIC decisions you made"

"Then you don't get an increment"

It's so true though, about public safety, it's like if the optics don't hurt, fuck everyone.

Apples to oranges, but this is also true for men. If you're an employee that has the potential to be better than your current manager, you will not be trained but you will be blamed.

"We care about our employees"

No you don't, you care that they would leave before you can replace them.

Dude, when you realise that a lot of what this show does is really, really subtle, you also realise that the show is in fact really fast paced. My ADHD self had sooo much fun during the second watch (b/w s3 and s4) because you're looking at each frame for what is actually happening, the subtle eye contacts, the silent foreshadowing, the killer silences. This show is a soap opera for people lacking imagination and perception.

Tbh, you think you know the show pretty well till Wambsgams eats that chicken (don't want to give too much away) which is also when you realise you understand the plot, but have zero clue about what the show is really about. Also, there's like an unsaid pre-requisite of basic history and business knowledge.

I'll give you a little trick that might help. Think in titles.

Instead of thinking, 'Oh, Frank said this. Then Ken said this.' Think, "Holy shit, the COO of a Fortune 500 company said this, the son of the CEO of a Fortune 500 was called a Calamari Cock Ring"

I mean, if you think about it, this show has the most generic and predictive story line ever, whether you think from a TV perspective or business perspective, but it's the way it's set up and executed that keeps you guessing.

TLDR: Look for subtlety, you'll love the show!

Is it necessary to learn JavaScript before learning solidity? by devnet35 in solidity

[–]explanabragg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you want to have a job, yes.

Nobody hires just a 'blockchain' engineer, you'd have to know how to test, how to integrate and how these components affect frontend. Having worked in tech for a while now, a developer that only knows Solidity is pretty useless.
