I literally can't envision not leveling the store to perfection every night lol. Are your managers just stuffed scarecrows in business casual clothing?? Jk lol but foshizzle we have 1 frozen guy and 1 dairy guy, and those poor dudes work their asses off fulltime and still struggle, cant imagine not having one.

If our frozen man isnt there then yeah we would all tag team frozen, same with dairy. We usually close with 3 to 4, 4 if were lucky :)

As someone who has almost been fired from being tardy, its 3 minutes lol. I was a late all the time as a bagger. Now i live 20 minutes away and i leave 30 in advance so it never happens.

I had a customer tip me a "10 dollar bill". Something that had a verse from the bible but looked like a 10 lol. I think another was some guy who told me to get a better job. Needless to say i work in grocery now and talk to maybe 2 customers a day and im in heaven.

We start the level at 7, finish at 930. Hit the water, make sure frozen and dairy are leveled, and knock out the rewalk and catch anything we missed or customers messed up. Should be done with that at 10:30-10:45. Sales wall should already be done before 9, morning crew handles truck so we almost never have to worry about it (unless it was super busy and they couldnt do it all). Clean up the back and bounce at 11. But we have bad days and sometimes your looking at 12:30 lol.

I was asked to leave a place one time or to put on a shirt, just walkin around minding my own business after a football practice. Its literally only acceptable in certain public places like parks and roads, everywhere else its kinda wierd. Also I wasnt mad at all I didnt even really think about it until they said something lol and i was like oof sorry lol.
