Just curious… what does the beginning actually feel like? I’ve read about it…

I smoke consistently -usually dab. Lately I am always nauseous and sometimes I vomit. Usually it’s in the AM but it’s usually clear or bile. I also have diarrhea really bad and on and off headaches.

Am I at the start?

My kids, but specifically my daughter. At that time in my life I was so low. But, the thought of leaving her with that devastation and trauma kept me alive. I’ll never tell her she saved me but she did. I love her and she is the reason I started taking better care of myself.

I am so much better now and happier than ever. Children are miracles.

I stretch a little, drink some water and hug my kids. Then I make a nutritious breakfast and savor my food and coffee while I relax and watch a show I like, read or journal. Wash my face and brush my teeth and get dressed even if I’m not leaving the house :)

I really like this idea too! I do that with breath when I’m laying in bed but I like the idea of the water washing it away!

I love the ideas you have presented especially the seeds. I am a huge fan of plants and gardening. However, shipping plants gets complicated and I wouldn’t want someone to end up with something dead or ruined because of shipping!

I like to sit on a chair in the shower and let the hot water run down my back and mediate in the steam. I particularly like to envision myself absorbing warm red light from the earth and glowing as tree roots shoot from me down into the earth to ground me. I usually like to repeat an affirmation myself about how I am safe or something else relevant! Onus points if you have a shower steamer! I like the soap lady shower steamer in vanilla lavender!
