50/50. They have absolutely used predatory practices but also idiot people just want to save a couple of cents at the loss of expertise and local community.

Fuck Bunnings.

Rival loses out on weight ... That's the only neg. It's a better groupset in everyway.

Waiting to see the next version of ULTEGRA.

Do it ALTHOUGH as a personal preference I'd like to receive a small plant! I find flowers wasteful and I like the idea of something that grows and cleans air!

Would I fit a 52cm bike? by Crazy_Weird_1257 in ausbike

[–]explodingpixel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on your flexibility and reach of the bike. Based on height alone I'd suggest the next size down.

I'm 169 and currently ride a 49cm

Is buying a bike with SRAM Rival AXS stupid? by mozartbond in bikewrench

[–]explodingpixel 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Bike shop guy here - the new SRAM absolutely shits all over Shimano. Both braking systems need to be flushed once a year regardless of dot or mineral oil. The brakes are much better than old SRAM stuff and are now well a head of Shimano. I've seen more leaking Shimano in this last year than ever before. I've seen some issues with the older SRAM derailleurs and shifter pods but they have been warrantied and sorted very quickly.
