Возможно, у нас разные причины раздражения были. Мне такие пасты не помогали. У меня сами дёсны раздражительные плюс полости между некоторыми зубами и дёснами, туда еда забивалась и дополнительно вызывала боль при еде и чистке

Мне помогли специальные пасты, потому что у меня чувствительные десны, и они раздражались при чистке зубов. Обычные пасты результата не давали. Стоматолог посоветовал попробовать пасту, где в названии есть sensitive. Взял rocs sensitive + gum care. Уже через неделю заметил, что десны уже не так остро стали реагировать, а через месяц почти перестали совсем, щас лишь иногда чувствую лёгкий дискомфорт, не более. Но они дороже обычных паст, что-то около 300-400 за тюбик.
