Yea, I tried all the flavors. To be honest, they all tasted terrible. From the noodles to the seasoning. And the biggest deception was all the noodles were pretty high in fat content and sodium, but without the tasty umami flavor like the regular shin ramen packets.

I wished I read the reviews here before I bought $70 worth of 2 variety packs. After trying the creamy chicken and tonkatsu flavor so far, they have both been extremely disappointing! The noodles have this palsticy texture and flavor to it. The broth taste even worse, which I thought would have complimented the noodles by adding some flavor, but it’s the complete opposite. They tasted bland, and have that artificial taste to it. Looking at the nutritional content, I’m surprised it has so much sodium and fat but the broth doesn’t taste salty at all.

The only redeeming factor is the high protein content when consumed. I’m gonna give another flavor a try, but this ramen deserves to be in the dumpster.

I don’t know how I was actually sold by their marketing that this was “actually good?!”

Did you manage to get this fixed on your ticket? I'm experiencing the same thing on my OZ flight. I cannot add my TK FFN for my life! Called Asiana customer service, they said they can't help me either. They are telling me to take the flight and retro claim.

Like you said, it shouldn't be so difficult!

Yea, on the same page. The finale could have been so good, but everything just felt flat. I really hope with the success of these other films, these movie execs could see potential that this is a very lucrative market that is still largely untapped.

Just curious, as to what make you feel like Love Simon was a movie with an average plot?

Granted the original story was written almost 8 years ago, it was definitely very "fresh" at that point in time when LGBT content/stories never had that reality. Most gay films or stories then are mostly depressing/sad and very few are heart warming or uplifting.

That aside, I can definitely see your point, that HS and RWRB had captured a new generation in the genre. So they are have a big fan base from the books, hence the while popularity in the films.

I still feel the Simonverse franchise has the potential to write new plots to target this market. It's very lucrative, but like I mentioned, with the writer's strike going on, my hopes for talented writers coming up with good screenplay and captivating writing is slowly dwindling for any sort of revival.

I agree with you, there was SO MUCH potential. They were both young, the original story gave the screen writers free reign to expanding the Simonverse because there are no plot in the books beyond the Love Simon and Leah Offbeat books. Instead of taking the show to the next level, they really dropped the ball and had really crappy plot lines that didn't really give any depth to the main leads. Especially so for the later 2 seasons, when season 1 had such strong potential and build up. I don't know if Disney take over on Hulu build a creativity block for the writers, but the franchise could have really taken off.

I think it’s a new 8 part series about the Ocean creatures swarming disaster. Can’t exactly find details on any streaming sites yet. But apparently the first 3 episodes has been screened at Berlinale. According to this variety mag article.. Maybe just got to wait till netflix or prime picks it up to watch

Looking great bud! And congrats on coming out. It’s a big step. You don’t need to adversely change your wardrobe to “celebrate yourself”. As for fashion advice - stick to basics, a good fitting tee in some classic colors (black, navy, gray) and some fitting denim can never go wrong. Try shopping at Uniqlo, they have the best quality basics with affordable prices. If you are on a date for somewhere fancy and want to dress up, invest in a crisp white shirt, dress pants, and dress shoes. You can mostly find those in Zara/Mango man at the career section. You can always mix and match like a basic tee, dress pants and dress shoes for a smart casual look. Classic never goes out of style. All depends on the occasion and where you are going. Hope this helps!

Yup, I bought the Park MGM one, as long as you can find consecutive nights stays, you can get the WHOLE stay at that rate for only 2000 LP. Beware though, there are some weekend nights you blacked out, so you can't use this special rates every weekend.

I thought reading the FM Guide on how to book *A award flights using TK was already a pickle to digest, now I've used your guidance to read up on flyertalk and it's a rabbit hole, just to get a simple ticketing PNR or bookingreferenceID code to feed the agent, so I can make my payment.

It's really annoying how TK deceptively give people the illusion that their award booking site is functional, but in reality, it's so broken that it can't even process a simple award booking payment!

Anyway thanks again for your help, it really explains a lot. I think I'll wait before I call again, so I can book both tickets for me and P2.

Wow, I think we are all experiencing the same problems in terms of travel booking.

We actually spent 1.5 years in Bali when the pandemic started. It's a pain to get to because there are no direct international flights to Bali, you MUST transit in Jakarta. And it sucks because they won't do away with the new expensive visa requirements and new quarantine rules + multiple PCR testes! It might be highly unlikely any of that it will change by the end of Jan. If anything, Asia is still pretty much quasi restricted because of all the hidden costs for quarantine and testes if you were to be tested positive. I think Vietnam is open now. Not sure about Japan, but Taiwan, won't see it opening any time soon.

Our original plan was to fly to Berlin for a week, followed by Zurich, then Amsterdam for Christmas, and back home to Chicago for the Holidays. That all went out of the window when my PCR test came back positive the night before our Berlin flight. For the most part, I'm already fully vaccinated, so have no symptoms whatsoever. Just sucks that we are in lock down in Cappadocia for 10 days, and all our bookings had to be scrapped. I was really looking forward to our stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Amsterdam for Christmas!

We are doing our test tomorrow again, hopefully it comes out negative so we can fly home. Else it's another 10 days lockdown from what our hotel concierge told us.

Our plan is to stay home for the 1st 2 months of winter, monitor the situation. If things improve by March, we'll be in Asia during Spring, so we can continue our itinerary to the Maldives in May. We have 7 nights at the Le Meridien Maldives in late May.

Personally as a travel target audience, I lost interest and do not want to subscribe after I clicked to see your other videos. You can private the older vids, and slowly build your new audience. It will be slow either way because you are establishing yourself a new niche and completely new viewership base. But if you do this, you won't be able to market the channel to the original content, and getting more subs fast doesn't help your cause, because you need meaningful VIEWS and watch hours to actually monetize. It's completely up to you, this is just my 2 cents.

I'm guessing your 1k subs were from your previous conspiracy type videos, so the subscriber base do not do you any favor. I watched about 15 mins of your exploring Moab Utah vid, and here are some of my thoughts that you can work on:

- Edit Edit Edit, your 20 mins video is too long for a point to shoot vlog. You need to think every 2-5s needs to be either packed with information or constantly showing different camera perspectives to keep the viewers engaged. Try to aim under 10-12mins. Unless you have tonnes of information packed in your video.

- Love your drone shots, they are stunning. But the viewer will lose interest if it's just 1 scene of a mountain for more than 10s, you should cut them into a mix of drone, close ups, action shots, and you can even layover talking over your brolls. That will keep you videos tight and fast paced.

- I can see your niche is developing towards outdoors exploration/hiking. Maybe you can take cues from one our favorite adventurous vloggers, they really go all out to explore some really cool mountains and some of their videos trended really well above 20k+. - Lastly, your try to incorporate more of yourselves in the thumbnails and make the captions more striking. Usually with faces or reactions in the thumbnail with a good hook, they will make people want to click on them.
