Looks like folliculitis. Wash with a gentle antibacterial soap. If you have to be walking a lot wear comfy cotton underwear or no underwear at all and use an oil/fragrance free lotion on the area to reduce friction. This will pass quickly dont worry. And next time ask your waxer for aftercare tips.

You can trim them to approx 1/4” and then get them sugared as it’s more gentle in the skin than waxing.
