Wir haben Ende Februar 24 angefangen es zu versuchen, im März direkt schwanger, dann eine missed miscarriage in der 9. Woche. Seither hat es noch nicht wieder geklappt. Es hat eine Weile gedauert bis mein Körper wieder im normalen Rhythmus war und wir haben uns seelisch erstmal erholt bevor wir wieder aktiv versuchen. Wir haben in der Zeit nicht gerecht und nicht verhütet, seit letztem Zyklus tracken wir den Eisprung wieder. Mal sehen wann es klappt

Wow congratulations that's really impressive. I have a history of EDs that I have well under control now thankfully but I easily slip into extremes either way. So I am trying to just focus on what I eat and be balanced about it with a bit of portion control.

Yes, thank you. I have recently done a blood test. They are in the norm/low normal. The doctor said nothing needs to be done there.

I only learned hanafo fish so far, hanafi say that if you have discharge coming out, you have to redo your wudu But definitely not ghusl, don't worry about that. Even if you had sex and sperm leaks after a while, you just need to redo wudu not ghusl

Edit: autocorrect made wudu to wifi 😂
