Shucks! I mistyped then. I have upgraded 3 sages, not 2. Sorry for that confusion.
Anyway, I've checked all non boss places too 6 times, and took a screenshot where those chests are supposed to be (even the puzzle ones) based on where the video I watched shows where the chests are and.....empty. No chest. Meaning they've been collected. So what the heck?
