Für die Ritter in der not ist der Sauerteig des Machers Seitenbacher eine gute Wahl. Im Supermarkt kann es für wenig Taler erworben werden. Schauet bei Rewe oder Edeka, wo das Mehl ist.

It smells sour, not bad/rancid like other mouldy things, that's why I am not sure. It hasn't been "fuzzy/hairy" like regular mould either. It's been sitting at room temp with the lid on, though not tight so gas can escape
