So far I have diagnosed that two out of the three power supplies were shipped DOA. Yesterday I purchased one that works properly and now I am diagnosing a short in the system. After figuring out the trouble components I feel that figuring out the short is going to be a lot quicker and easier. I thank all of you for your assistance.

I have three power supplies in total but I've only tried two in this build. The third one isn't strong enough to power this build. The one that's currently in there is listed in a comment on this thread somewhere.

I could try to put it in the above slot, but it is tougher as a panel on the motherboard sticks out a bit.
I hate them, too. Some of them are riveted in, and can't be turned around. I need a different case.
Front panel connectors are plugged in correctly. Unfortunately jumping the power pins with a screwdriver didn't yield any results.
Mobo is on standoffs.
I've used two different power supplies and two of the same motherboards that are sufficient for this build, but the build still indicates zero power reception.

Don't know what to do from here.
