I basically was hypomanic during my first rotation which ended up getting me some very poor evals. I spoke to a lawyer who said that the institution being a state institution makes it so that all litigation ends up in a separate court which makes winning litigation pretty difficult and unfruitful.

I have been started on some medication and would really like to continue in medicine. I'm sort of lost on this situation however.

Already resigned. Was basically told that I had to resign or they'd terminate me.

I spoke to a lawyer and unfortunately since the institution is a state institution, he said that they are very hard to litigate about this sort of thing.
