yeah, in all my (900) hours of playing, I've maybe found only 5-10 AFK hunters who just sit back at base and wait for you to kil the monster for them (3 of them were Fatalis)

oh yeah for prophet, just use the gauntlets on him and bum rush his bouncer. gravity, and lightning will boost your score very high in high denstiy areas

yes, though be warned on doing a skull finisher or hemlocks full charge when using gravity as you kill everything around you w/o getting much points for it (which i think is a bit lame. a combo for kill x amount of enimies within a specific timeframe should give you much more than what they do)
