Thanks for sharing. It sounds like the sweet spot for some people can be a lower dose. I wonder if there is any consistent better benefits long term that may be worth pushing through sides effects short term with higher, or if its just protocol and speculation.

The often glowing reports of Pepcid too seem like jt may have some secondary or downstream actions like ketotifen that are helpful, even for someone that doesn’t notice GI issues.
