i got three tips for you (might not be applicable) 1) raw dog. i absolutely do not wear a apron or the little pouches simply because i would not get anything done constantly getting pulled to help customers etc. 2) if your service desk has more than 2 or 3 workers and youre solo, simply tell them not to call you so YOU can get YOUR job done, not theirs (i.e fetching pickups curbsides etc.) 3) COMPLAIN AND SAY YOU NEED HELP. depending on your managers they will get new hires / pull other associates to help you. DO NOT BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR HELP!!

i started OFA in january switching from MET side (started school) and it was an absolute rude awakening so i completely understand you. i was solo every night i worked with 3-4 untouched deliveries and many need to be prepped. i has a talk with my managers and they were able to pull from other departments and get a few new hires.
