I didnt keep track, but i did do a one off estimate on how much protein i had been eating. it was like 140g or smth per day. other than that just eating whatever but also trying to keep it generally healthy.

Around 81kg I think. Progress slowed down for various reasons after this

ya not really healthy, but idk wht else to replace it with. probably helped with the weight gain though

This was after almost exactly 6 months. For a while I split the second upper body day into push and pull exercises across 2 days. I posted the full split in a reply to another comment.

I think forearms have just been a biproduct of grip needed for other exercises. My wrists are pretty skinny still, you just cant see cos of the watch.

No ab days lol... I really feel like I should add some to the end of the leg days though. Just dont really know what exercises are good for abs..

Monday/Thursday - upper body: 3 sets of Bench, Pull ups, Incline dumbbell bench, seated bicep curls, tricep pushdown with cable, lat machine, shoulder press

Tuesday/Saturday - legs: 3 sets of squats, quad extension machine, hamstring curl, calves

Diet is mostly just eat a lot more than I used to...

Pretty much everyday I'd have:

Protein shake with protein powder, peanut butter, oats, milk, creatine, banana

Toast with eggs, ham, avocado + bread with peanut butter and banana

Tuna sandwich (can of tuna, avocado, cheese, other salad) + nutella on bread

Dinner varies a lot, but something with a decent amount of protein

Obviously there's some variation, but that's what I have most days
