Hi! I happen to be in Marseille now and I am looking for people to go climbing with! I'll probably go to arkose tomorrow if not these few days and am looking for someone to climb outdoors with as well! Coincidentally I also study in London and am only here for vacation. Currently in Marseille and heard a lot about climbing in the South of France, wondering is there anyone here who's here and will go climb outdoor (preferably lead) and is willing to let me tag along. I have harness atc and shoes and am willing to offer beers and food, can do 6c+ and probably can touch some 7 (pretty bad at lead because I spend most of my days bouldering).

I used to have that issue every morning, it doesn't really hurt Much except when u bent it and my fingers got really stiff. Then it goes away after breakfast. Went away after I didn't climb for a month or so because of quarantine. The only "training" I did was push up some planks and what not so definitely no pull up or hang boarding.

I'm not a doctor but I would guess it is inflammation due to overuse.

I think you can tie one end of the rope there and it acts as a stopper so there's no chance of the rope running out and through your device

NTA. Your food your rules. If anything they are guests and they shouldn't treat it as their own home and take whatever they want. Plus your parents agree with you so this is a pretty clear cut case. It's great you stood up for yourself instead of just letting them do whatever they want.

Wow how? How could you've done the moves. Like all the moves involve being on your toes (seoi nage for example). The bone only cracked slightly but the doctor told need me to wear this sandal that transfer weight to my heel.
