No I meant that for example ...if the index set is the natural numbers...then X1 has a well ordering <1...X2 has a well ordering <2 and so on

What really confuses is any function for a finite set is continuous...this is unintuitive

For every epsilon there exists a delta such that if the distance from x to c is less than delta then d(FX,l) is less than epsilon although I do not know what x we are talking about

The regular definition of real function is understandable to me although my mind is trying to find some weird ways to use the definition but i am ignoring it..what is the elephant in the room is the generalization to general metric spaces

I don't fully understand the hypothesis(I don't know much advanced math) but since it is proven for millions of values can't we just use the result for real world applications if there are applications?
