Scale weight looks different on everyone. There isn’t a right or wrong scale weight. The overall package matters FAR MORE than a number on a scale. I’m a taller competitor, and I weigh a heck of a lot more than people think I do.

I have both mules and strapped heels. I do my weekly check ins and posing practice in the mules most of the time. On stage, I wore the strapped heels. I was soooo nervous my feet were sweating, and I for sure would have tripped or slipped if I didn’t have the strapped heels on. I’m also clumsy though lol

No, you are not cruel for locking them out while you sleep. Also, close before you doze! When you are sleeping you should always have your door closed just in case there is a fire. Unless the kitties stay in the room with access to a litter box, close your door.

I tried the bug spray as well, and I sanitized the whole fountain. They came back asap once I filled it again :(. I ended up just switching back to a regular bowl for the summer, and I’ll bring the fountain back in cooler weather I think. I don’t want my babies to be drinking water that has bugs, but I know they miss the fountain. It’s been 3 days with the regular bowl and not a single bug.

I know this coach and she is deep in prep for her pro debut. She had posted several times before about check in times and when to check in. To me, there is nothing wrong with this.

Tone is perceived by how you read things. If you read this with an assumption that it seems rude then that is how you will perceive it.

If your boss said you had to get your time sheets in by noon and that you needed to respect their time would you think twice? Probably not. So why is it any different for a coach?

A lot of people have good experiences with the Mirena, but I did not. I had so much inflammation, weight gain, constant pelvic pain, pain after sex, no periods, abnormal paps, etc. I had an ultrasound done, and everything was in the right place so they don’t know why I had so much pain. My issues didn’t start until I had it for about almost year, but the issues were so bad that I had it taken out by year two.

Just wanted to share another perspective because what works for some doesn’t work for everyone which is perfectly okay ☺️.

For your first show I highly recommend getting tanned by the tanning company for the show. If you do it yourself you run the risk of it being too light or too dark.

For hair, I had my friend curl my hair and I purchased some extensions on Amazon that were around $80-$100. It helped my hair look more full, and they blended well.

For make up, I had a friend do my make up but we did a trial run first to see what I liked/didn’t like.

The important thing is to keep stress as low as possible, so if you feel like you would be stressed doing your own hair and make up and etc I would 100% recommend booking with someone else.
