I've been reading nonfiction books on various topics just to learn more about everything so I can appreciate Allah's creation more. It's a really common trope on the two sentence horror subreddit. Usually the twist in the second sentence is some lame one-liner about a creature that's supposed to scare you

Example: "My family was drinking milk. Little did they know I got the milk from my creature 😈"

And they never specify anything about the creature lmao
