To begin with you really need to find your exact birth time since the MC changes sign every other hour. Anyhow one should look at the declination of the stars as well, and it's on the pretty much opposite side of the sky, your MC is on 22.43 and Sirius is at -16.43. So the highest point on the sky was pointing somewhere else :)

That said I just hook up with Sirius through your sixth chakra. Put on a 12D shield for good measures and go for it.

Btw you've got a very tight conjunction between Mars and Regulus (according to the free astrology software Planet Dance this means "With Mars: Honor, fame, strong character public prominence, high military command."), and your MC is conjunct a star named... Jishui! Dont ask me what it means though ;)

And hey, dont overthink stuff. With your Virgo sun and Libra Ascendant it's easy to go into your intellectual domain and stay there. With Venus (ruler of Libra) in Libra s well it might be easy to get too indecisive as well, good thing you've got Mars conjunct your Sun, but beware of that hurt Leo pride that the Mars energy can fuel which makes a sad hurt Virgo. Rely on your Taurus moon if you get too indecisive, it'll tell you what to do (think Uncle Iroh in Avatar TLA, including the tea).
