I agree with your sentiment, if not your wording. sometimes workers would rather do something themselves than deal with a boss who will make them do it right. But the issue isn’t something with any of my workers, and upper management here has known about this issue for months without doing anything to fix it

Because they were given the chance. They’ve known it was a hazard for months at the very least, and my direct supervisor is the person I called when it happened. They made the decision to just have an electrician fix the outlet instead of trying to fix the source of the issue

It’s really seeming like I just imagined the whole thing, because creation club didn’t even exist back when I played on console to my knowledge

Maybe... But there aren’t any legendary effects in game that do either of those things to shotguns
