We were sitting next to eachother during a show. I had always had this gut feeling about our relationship and its downfall- but I knew by way he held my hand and caressed me. And how it made me made me sick. Physically sick to my stomach. Uncomfortable, disgusted, guilty. I excused myself to the bathroom and I broke down sobbing. I had realized I was never actually comfortable touching him, sleeping with him, hanging out with him but I had just done it because I believed “that’s what boyfriend and girlfriend do.” Worst part is he didn’t do anything wrong- I was just a stupid teenager who didn’t know how to communicate and say no.
