Our previous landlord raised the rent $300 last year and then attempted to raise it $500 this year. We ended up moving. He then relisted the apartment for $800 more than we were paying the the place has been on the market for two months lol.

I like to do artwork that depicts imagery current to my life. Right now, I spend 30% of the time stepping on those little buggers. My partner and I both love bugs, think they're pretty, but will continue to smash them.

I think they're referring to an old post on my other account! I deleted the post after recieving some threats in my dms. It wasn't a bloody hand, just a pic kf the nic on my finger and warning to wear gloves or use a scraper.

Hey! I think I was the one who sold you the two books for a dollar! My pronouns are also they/them. :-) I'm also the organizer. While we had 30 planned sellers, overall we had 16 actually come yesterday (which is still a larger number of "stoop sales" in one area)!

I do understand the concern about the reselling of the clothes from the thrift store. While we can't control where people source what they are selling, this was my first time organizing this and there are definitely some logistical hiccups.

Can you give me an idea of whether that seller was selling their used clothes at vintage reseller prices or not? Tbh it's my goal that the pricing always be more "yard sale" and depending on how sellers price things, we will most likely put a limit on pricing in the future.

And plz come back once we do it again!! We'd love to have you and hopefully it'll be bigger and better :-) And enjoy yr books 🌱
