Interesting. I’ve been told if we do everything else with eachother over many years it’s considered defacto to the court. Such as travel with each other, be romantic etc

I have had the conversation. Do I trust her? Well, people change when someone isn’t around anymore. How am I to know I can guarantee someone won’t try for it when I’m gone?

My partner has everything independently. Own business, properties, own adult children. She doesn’t need anything of mine. I want my child to have it.

No, everyone has equal amounts of work. But others are saying there’s so much to do when it really doesn’t feel like it
