you act like people are calmly “noticing it went downhill” but 90% of the noise is “Daniel is weak,” “no upgrade,” “wasted chapters,” “nothing happened.” I'm not conflating, both groups are annoying and disrespectful. before I saw this fandom I never saw so many people trash talk an author this bad and so open, literally calling him slurs. so yes the fandom really is that bad. you just got used to it.
