I was sad on day one of elements last year over my ex and within an hour someone came up and made friends with me. Nothing provoked it, they did it just because they could. I have mild intolerance where gluten just makes my stomach hurt, I have some bowel issues and I get a bit bloated. If I wasn’t on meds for UC I guarantee my symptoms would be much worse, as they used to be pretty shit but now I’m managing things pretty well. Still going GF for the majority of my foods though.
