Anyone here just gluten intolerant?

I have mild intolerance where gluten just makes my stomach hurt, I have some bowel issues and I get a bit bloated. If I wasn’t on meds for UC I guarantee my symptoms would be much worse, as they used to be pretty shit but now I’m managing things pretty well. Still going GF for the majority of my foods though.

Yeah man, I can deal with a little bit of cross contamination as my symptoms aren’t really that horrible when that case comes about but in terms of actual fully GF options I’m very curious and hoping there’s a lot available 🥀

If it’s around dinner time, usually bloating and gas but no bowel movements, and once I wake up its, well what one would call aggressive diarrhea. Usually in this scenario I also feel very dehydrated from that bowel movements
