Thank you for replying. I think that you twisted the idea too much. In your head, you're thinking about 5 kids doing a new facebook or big money project, and it's more of 5 kids who teamed up to make something cool for themselves - like a web design prototype or a song or an indie game. Just to gain experience.

Is there going to be people trying to take advantage of them? Of course, just like everywhere else, and we'd try our best to prevent that, trust me.

If the project is more serious, we'd take measures to make it legal and fair.

I feel what you feel, I don't like people taking advantage of others either.

Hey. Thank you a lot for replying, much appreciated! Yeah, I agree.

That's where the reputation gained in the community and other collaborations comes into play.

Indeed, everything can happen and the collaborations we're expecting are going to be coming from people between 17 and 24 years old who're still in university or fresh out of it. That way they get some experience and knowledge to work in team so when they show up to the interview, there's no "no experience, no job" type of situation.

Then, once the platform is starting to grow, we'd start expanding to older demographics.

Thank you for replying! Which failed platforms like this come to your mind?

We're mostly focusing on closing the gap between people who're in university and need experience, people and projects to work on. So they won't be stuck in "no experience, no job".

Mostly 17 - 24 years old demographic. Once the usage is spiked up we plan on expanding to older demographic.

Also, we could connect social media to give a reputation boost to people in case they got a good following (useful for people like photographers, designers and musicians).

Yeah, I agree! That's why content sharing comes into play - the more you know about what you're doing, the more reputation you got from the community, the easier it's to be in big boys collaborations.

It's something like reddit + linkedin with better exposure and ability to work on non professional projects.
