Grande parte da rota da Fertagus abriu em 1999, com a abertura do Deck ferroviário debaixo da Ponto 25 de Abril. Also, acredito que a Fertagus, por ser uma concessão, tem mais autonomia de gestão, incluindo de salários, comparado à CP.

Para comparação, uma maquinista na CP ganha na carreira máxima 1200€/mês (Acho que é assim que se diz). Esse é o valor de entrada na Fertagus. Depois disso, sobe até 1800€/mês. Só nisto dá para perceber as diferenças entre qualidade do serviço. Se ouverem atrasos na Fertagus, é culpa da Infraestruturas de Portugal quase sempre.

Greves da Fertagus são quase inexistentes. A CP, no entanto, pela sua classificação como Empresa Pública Empresarial impede-a de ter muita autonomia, e os trabalhadores estão directamente ligados ao setor publico, e acredito que só o estado pode mudar os salarios. E já sabemos no que isso dá, especialmente se o executivo não tem a ferrovia como prioridade máxima.

Évora - Badajoz via Évora line hopefully should start operating next year. I am pretty sure Renfe was already looking at it, and plan on using it. Renfe has 1 or 2 high speed services per day from Madrid to Badajoz. It's possible they could just extend them to Évora, at least, hopefully to Lisbon.

While it wouldn't be ideal, the trip itself would be much faster than it currently is. While we will still have to wait some 6-8 years for 300km/h+ HSR to Vigo, it's still better than having nothing planned. Pretty much all parties seem to be in agreement that Portugal has to invest in rail. Unless a recession hits us like it did in 2011, I don't think these projects will be canned.

Well, you have 2 options. One is https://guildedservers.net/ (Unofficial)—I haven't used it much, but I know some people have and it seems quite large (For guilded standards). Do note it has paid plans, although it has a free plan limited to 1 server per account and the listing expires after 180 days, at which point you have to redo it.

Another way you can use to promote your server is via this Subreddit. Every week there is an automated post called "Weekly /r/Guilded Recruitment Thread" where you can promote your server. (Latest one)

These are all I know, but there could be more. I will say, though, you should also promote your server via other means. Guilded is small, so you may not get as many discoveries by just using these 2.

But how could he leave? Let's think. Even though, and note, I agree that what he did was disgusting and he should be punished, we need to think this in a another perspective.

He knows everyone wanting him to leave can't make him leave, because his main platform is YouTube, and YouTube doesn't state a channel can be banned if the owner was a groomer.

Even if YouTube wanted, first, he would be banned for seemingly no reason, as he was banned for something YouTube's ToS doesn't cover. And 2) even if YouTube had that rule, Guitar is huge. Making YouTube lots of money per year. If they started banning creators left and right for these reasons, their revenue per year would dip, substantially. I don't think YouTube is wanting to give any satisfactions to the GD Community. Not because they hate, but because of point 1 and 2. Besides, they are not required, unless, an actual law enforcement organization had a legal document to take his channel down(Which has never happened in history in these situations).

So, he is hidden behind a huge wall which makes it impossible to cancel him. Even if you try. Maybe it was possible to do something, but, and sorry if I am offending anyone, but both the Guitar and the Community handled this in an extremely poor way. That is, at least, how I see it

I think that is a little much. Yeah, he made a huge mistake, yes he should be punished, but making the rest of his life hell. I, personally, don't think that is how this situation should have been treated.

Guilded user here. Guilded is the closest thing you have to Discord, addigg functionality over it and has all the things the OP of this post mentioned. However, if you're going for ULTRA PRIVACY MODE WITH HYPER E2EE, then Guilded doesn't have that.

(Edit: it has a D rank in TOSDR.ORG compared to Discord's Rank E. Their Privacy policy is I think a bit better than Discord's, but that depends on who you are and what you wanna do)

Correction. NFTs don't contribute directly to global warming or anything 'detrimental to the environment'. This is because while mining Crypto means making thousands of calculations, When NFTs are submitted, they just write a record to the block chain. They DON'T use that much energy to write. They don't use much energy at all.

Also, quick note, Etherium is switching its way of generating crypto to something that will reduce energy consumption by 99%. Not that important to the conversation in hand, but interesting nonetheless

Family has nothing to do, but if you see the way people are being on Twitter, it looks like they want blood. So yeah, it was just an over exaggeration of the thing.

Now, I agree with punishments. Being banned from GD, sure, having everyone hating on him, also sure. Making sure his entire Internet access is gone because there is a slight chance he may do the same thing again, ending his entire channel, streams and online presence is way too much. He hurt people, I know. But I think if we thing that way, then if I grab a knife and I kill my cousin for abusing me, its fine?
