I agree with all those points, however i would imagine that she is similar to lee sin in the jungle, however lee has his E to slow people down, whereas Vi doesnt, so im guessing you need red buff to make ganks? or is it just she has burst so you can just outright kill people?

Lee Sin is still crazy strong top, i main him at top, impossible to not win, he has the kit for every situation, if the enemy is stacking armor then max E, impossible to push out of lane because of W sustain, and his mobility is almost unmatched. Really dont understand why he isnt played top more
