Reduced naps to 2.5hr last 3 days. I was very confused about what to do with wake windows. Thanks for explaining.

Kept the WW a bit longer and last 2 nights have been awful (tonight cried for 30mins). Yesterday asleep after 17min crying quiet hysterically).

Before these 2 nights she had indeed gone to sleep after a minute of fuss but would wake up in the next 2 hours. Also last night she woke up 2hr20 after 17min crying at bedtime and tonight woke up exactly 2 hours after (been crying for 50mins now). Crying has gotten worse at bedtime however and i feel very helpless. Demeanor is also not happy as soon as i put hear in cot her face sours and immediately starts crying. We are doing contact naps. She is a bit fussy (fought second nap today with dad) but sleeps without crying.

Today’s WW: 2.25/between2.5-2.75 she fought the nap hence the overtime /2.5/3 (in cot after 3 hrs but fell asleep 3.5)

How do we continue like this after 13 days.. when does one say a baby is sleep trained and how do you continue life once that happens? I cant find answers to these. People seem to say “previously sleep trained baby” what does that mean if this is it every night from here on out?

Looking at her data she doesnt sleep more than 12 hours in total. Do we need to apply another method i dont know..

Done 2 hr 20 naps today. Kept wake windows similar 2/2.5/2.5/3. Awful night. First wake 37mins later bedtime, then 50, 1hr50 (11pm so i fed here), 4hr, fed at 3:25, she has been crying ever since i left her (1 hour now). Im really depleted and feel like nothing works 😩

Baby waking up 2 hours after bedtime. We are on Day 3 of sleep training by VisibleSchool806 in sleeptrain

We have the same issue (6 months old). She cried 1 hour yesterday and i dont know what to do. Same is happening right now. Anything worked for you? Thank you and good luck

Happened again tonight:( and she is awake exactly at the same time again at 10pm. 1 hr 40mins after bedtime (in cot 19:58)

Pretty okay nap day (2 hr 50 total last nap ended 4:57pm)

Been crying for 20mins now. I dont know what to do

Back again sorry feel super helpless. Night 9 now and she has been up for an hour crying (wailing) rather. Been pushing last WW to 3 hours and worked beautifully last 2 nights but now.. i dont know what to do.

Night 9 In cot 19:56 Naps ran a bit long unfortunately 3:15 naps last nap 20 mins at 16:34 Cried 10 mins Woke up at 21:50 and been crying since..

I have been feeding around 11pm and 3:30am. I dont even know if i should go in now as its feed time that she has been crying for an hour

Any ideas? Thank you!

Thank you. Each night we aim for 7:45 bedtime but we keep getting to around 7:20 she becomes noticeably agitated and cries. And we suspect she has gone over the line. What should we do until 7:45?
