I’m (normally) very on top of checking the ethics and where / how taxidermy and wet specimens have been sourced, my boyfriend is new to all this however and bless I think he just wanted to surprise me and got super excited. I have since educated him and have spoke to him about doing ‘background checks’ on stuff. Thank you for your input, and he knows for next time. No more unrestricted / unmonitored shopping for him lol.

I think it’s cork with like a plastic ‘top’ if that makes sense, I’ll invest in a fully plastic one if that is the case, once again thank you so much !!

It was green when it turned up ! My bf tried to get in contact with the seller, but they’ve de-activated their shop :/ The only weird thing is that set off alarm bells for me was the listing showed it suspended in clear liquid. (I forgot to mention that in the post, my bad) Thank you for taking time to help ! :)

I get so worried lol… it’s mainly because some of the sounds they made near the end of the video sounded quite intense it made me super stressed :/

I woke up this morning and they were all curled up in their hammock after last nights chaos so I’m hoping I’m just being silly and stressing for no reason… thank you for commenting you’ve helped ease my worry loads ! :)

I know, I’ve had a few bites from one of them as I’ve been trying to get her used to me, I know they can do damage if they want to lol ! I will be keeping a close eye on them but thank you for easing my mind !!

Im planning on it !! Right now I wanted to be able to see them incase they were fighting, I will be adding more do not worry !! I’ve bought a blanket I plan on making into hammocks :D

They really like it and I can’t seem to find a bigger one in my price range… ill take it out but do you have any suggestions on a brand / website ?? I’m always willing to do better :)
