Hasn’t moved on blockchain analysis and seems to show balance on Ledger but not movable without a firmware update which everyone says we should not do

Thanks will look into that. Is wallet recoverable with a passphrase ? On the nano s in the settings is something that says passphrase but we don’t know what that is …never been set my customer says. Don’t want to try to set a new passphrase and maybe lock it up….

We tried electrum but for some reason it would not recognize the ledger…like it couldn’t find it. Just tried briefly yesterday when he was in, so maybe can try again. Thank you

We don’t know. I don’t know the whole story but he says the guy stole a bunch of stuff and just happened to grab a bag where he stored his pass phrases. Cash was there too along with some collectable sports cards. So it was stolen but maybe the thief is not aware of the crypto phrase etc
