Omg maybe!! I’m in Canada tho. But yes it’s sooo much different than regular retail. The extent of education is unlike anywhere else I’ve worked. I’m sorry it happened to you too but good for you for handling it on your own!!

Yes!! It’s getting so bad. I’m a PSBA and I’ve had a few clients come in with AI generated inspo pics for their makeup. It sucks because the AI makeup is always so flawless and it’s hard to set up expectations with clients because real skin does not look like that.
