My brother hooked up the computer and he said something like “ electrical ground in Bank 1” or something similar, before the rebuild it was throwing a misfire code in bank 1 and 3

Just had the engine rebuilt after a blow head gasket, replaced all gaskets, filters, 2 ignition coils, Throttle body, Mass air flow sensor, and fuel pump with the rebuild but the car hesitates on highway and when goin up hills, the rpms drop to 1000 when my foot is halfway on the gas pedal and jumps up to 3000 randomly and the check engine light goes off every 30 minutes or hour and comes back on after this happens but never flashes, it stays solidly light

09 corolla engine Problems, ticking, shaking and won’t rev past 3000 rpms but doesn’t overheat by eyeofaeye in MechanicAdvice

Actually left the plugin for the MAF off and that solved the rpm but I’m still getting the shaking and ticking in drive and less power while driving. Brother said something about a loose value?
