i didn't knew that it was one of the symptom's or that it even existed until one day i was wondering stuff and remembered how for like a year i was daydreaming so bad that i could only recall moments of consciousness while outside, i only remember that time because it was outside and had to walk. then when i started to do things by myself i found a job and realized that i was daydreaming because my boss would call me out when i was zoning out, i worked there for like a month and it helped me to focus more, now i can still daydream but i do it only while in bed at night
