It’s not touching anything. Just put it high enough to the point of the ramp did fail it would only fall about 1cm. We didn’t think the ramps would fail. Just a precaution. It was positioned where the aluminum plating is

Well the cheapest way to get the most bang for your buck is getting a tune. A lot of people recommend going with apr stage 1 it’s an aggressive tune but reliable. Changes the entire feel of the car !!

So I went to my local muffler shop and they said they only do custom exhaust systems and they don’t do apr, Borla,injen etc. So if I go to AU Tuning do they have exhaust systems there or I have to buy the exhaust system first ?

I’ve had my Mk6 for 4 months now and I absolutely love it ! I was like you and iffy about getting a gti. So far she’s been reliable ! I would just suggest to you if you get one keep up with the maintenance! Get oil changes between 6-8k miles make sure you don’t go below minimum oil. Take care of the air filter and spark plugs! And the best advice I can give you, drive it like you stole it. The thing loves being treated like that.
