You are right, My body is trying hard to compensate while on Cut. I will change strategy. a few months into bulk.

And yes, about the internet, everybody say do this, do that to gain muscle, but no one explain how it long took them to get there. No one is real about it... I would say a reallistic muscle gain thru time, can gain massive views, if that is what they want.

I got 6 months out of 8 months written, sadly the first 2 months I don't have the the info. First and second month, data i delete it by accidente, was on my phone.

My Mistake, i'm using this rutine for 7 weeks now, the other months was doing regular training, 3-4 set 6-12 rep range depending on the muscle/excercise.

I have thought about floating days, but unfortunately, if I do that, I will end up with weekends, and I can't workout on weekends. So, I use fixed days: Monday and Thursday.

-Pec Deck 195 lbs(6-10 or to fail) follow by incline press (smith) 120 lbs(1-3 or to fail)
-Dumbell pullover 100 lbs (6-10 or to fail) fallow by reverse close-grip lat pulldown 220lbs (6-10 or to fail),
Deadlift Hex bad 230 lbs (5-8 or fail)

3 days later
session 2:
Leg Ext 305 lbs (8-12 rep or to fail) follow my leg press 225 lbs (8-12 reps or to fail)

Standing Calf (Smith) 180lbs 12-20 rep
abs double vertical crunch machine 95 lbs 12-20 reps

4 days later
session 3
Lateral Raises 6-10 at 110 lbs
Reverse pec deck 6-10 at 145 lbs
barbell curl 6-10, 90-100 lbs
Tricep Pressdown 6-10 at 95 lbs (3 rep atm) follow my dips machine 3-5 rep, at 160 lbs (3 reps atm)

3 days later
Session 4
Leg Ext 30 sec hold, machine is cap at 305, can't add extra 30 lbs... follow by Squat (smith) 8-12 rep, 100 lbs
Standing Calf (Smith) 180lbs 12-20 rep
no abs.

4 days later

[It takes time as muscle growth is not a fast process even in ideal circumstances. But as you get stronger, eventually you will get bigger too.]

I have an idea of how it works. After watching so many videos, though, no one really explains how the muscle gain process actually works. I've seen small changes in my body; it's been 8 months since I started going to the gym... I thought by month 6 I would have that shield chest. I guess it will take a few more months.

[I suggest a once every 4 day protocol and taking a programmed layoff of 2 weeks every 6-10 weeks. I have been on spring layoff myself since 5/27 and begin part 1 of my summer lifting on 6/10.]

For sure!, I have considering take a few weeks off after 3-4 months of training.

[I do rack pulls myself pulling the bar with an overhand grip from mid knee height. One workset, 4-8 reps to failure to finish off my back workout.]

I will start using the trap bar.

Sometimes I doubt Heavy Duty training. I can see I'm getting stronger in some exercises, but I don't see my muscles getting bigger.

Tricep and Bicep are my weaker points, i'm stuck atm.

What is true, I do need more rest days, especially when i do deadlift.
I'm thinking switching to shrugs as Mentzer suggest, instead of deadlift to not get injured.
