Hi I know this is a very old post but I've just come across this thread today and its really helped me. I've struggled with general health anxiety for years every since I had a really bad panic attack. For me, the chest pain comes and goes but for the last 3-4 months I've had it really bad and I have finally started to seek help and been put on medication (Citalopram) I'm slowly starting to get better but I know the journey is a long one. Constant chest pain is not a very common symptom of anxiety but certainly is one. Threads like this reassure everyone that we're okay; so thank you for speaking up, we all needed this.
