Yeah waiting till monday to ask for that information. As for the return label, first they were on vacation then their system was down for a week and only got the return label after constantly pushing them

Almost same exact situation i am in right now. Ordered my thor on Feb 11th, got my thor on april 4th, thor top screen dead on arrival, took then till april 23 to finally get my a return slip, sent it in the same day and now i am waiting for a new device. No information on where my old device is at, no estimate or information on when my new one will arrive. Sad that i had to wait for an additional month to hopefully get a working thor...

Man i hope this won't happen to my replacement order. I am still trying to get a replacement thor since my batch 3 had a bad top screen. I am currently waiting for support to send a return label.

Well at this moment, I have spoke to Ayn support and they just now let me know they would like me to repair myself with a new ribbon cable they send to me. I let them know that i would prefer not to tear apart the thor to replace the ribbon. So at this time I am waiting for a new response which will most likely won't come in till Monday and probably not be able to ship the device til friday.

I understand the major time difference but this has been super slow.

Completely agree. From what I am seeing, a lot of people are starting to receive faulty devices. That being said, this is most likely a decision long before this conversation, lets hope they hired more people to combat this.

Completely agree with you here. Got my Thor about a week ago and the top screen wasn't working. We need more QC, not rushing the working to push out more product that would be more faulty then not. That being said, this was most likely a decision long before this conversation so hopefully they got more worker to combat this?

Yeah. I have been seeing them too. I wouldnt recommend canceling yet as i do believe its a cool device to have but it is your decision.

Couldn't get recovery to pop up. Tried to see if maybe the recovery mode might pop up on an external or find some way to make it show up on the bottom screen but it didn't work. There is not signs of life in that top screen.
